There is a new 24 hour number for the Citywatch Safer Parks Team 0151 351 1999. This is for Parks issues with antisocial behaviour, security etc, preferably ring from a safe location and stay safe.
In an emergency where someone is in immediate danger please still use 999.

Additionally with the changes to rules around dogs in parks, The Safer Parks team are working their way through the parks with additional signage. Here’s more information about which parks are included. Please do not put yourself in danger by challenging dog owners directly. These changes are partly in response to violent incidents involving irresponsible dog owners, whose poor attitude is unlikely to change.

For other issues such litter, fly tipping other environmental issues, you can use the Report It function on the LCC website, and Parks issues such as dead wildfowl/fish, maintenance etc can be reported directly to LSSL or for wildlife emergency phone City watch as above or contact RSPCA https://www.rspca.org.uk/utilities/contactus/reportcruelty

This is the quickest way to have things dealt with, but if anything is unresolved or not covered there, you can email Parks@liverpool.gov.uk.
